Premium adds infrared moisture scanning, drainage cleaning, membrane mapping, and a larger allowance of included repairs.
Yes — every visit produces a dated, photo-backed report, and we track the roof’s condition over time. That documentation is exactly what manufacturers ask for to keep a system warranty valid, and what ownership groups and lenders want to see.
Absolutely. We maintain TPO, EPDM, modified-bitumen, BUR, metal, and coated roofs regardless of who installed them. We’ll start with a baseline assessment and build the maintenance plan around your roof’s current condition.
