Roof Assessment & Adhesion Test
We inspect the membrane, drainage, seams, and penetrations, check core samples for trapped moisture, and run an in-field adhesion test to confirm the existing roof is a candidate for coating rather than replacement.
Clean, Repair & Reinforce
The roof is power-washed and fully dried. We repair wet insulation and failed details, then reinforce every seam, penetration, and transition with polyester fabric embedded in silicone for a redundant watertight base.
Apply the Silicone System
The 100% silicone coating is spray- or roller-applied at the specified thickness in a single monolithic pass, curing to a seamless, reflective, ponding-resistant membrane that bonds directly to the prepared roof.
Manufacturer Inspection & Warranty
The manufacturer’s technical inspector verifies the substrate and the finished application, then issues the backed system warranty — up to 20 years, transferable if you sell the building.
